This paper summarizes the data gathered and analyzed from a survey of
regulatory agencies in the United States of America and the province of Ontario,
Canada. The goal of this survey was to determine the current state of regulatory
procedures and to complete a spreadsheet of current contact names, addresses,
telephone numbers, and email addresses of the primary contact in each agency for
low pressure membrane systems. The paper details the questions posed in
the survey, general trends, and provides details on the survey responses. Includes figures.
