simulates and forecasts water supply systems, has
no ongoing software costs, is
system specific,
offers decision support, makes planning decisions, evaluates new sources, and considers "what if" scenarios. The benefits include:
allows user to quickly evaluate alternative
operating plans with and without future projects;
evaluates system performance for both long-term
and short-term operations;
calculates cost to operate water system under
