1. SCOPE
1.1 This standard applies to chemical conversion films produced on aluminum and aluminum alloys by immersion, spray or brush.
1.2 Intended Uses -These films produce good paint adherence and good corrosion resistance. They are intended for use as a paint base and where corrosion resistance is a requirement. The films may be dyed to produce a coloured surface.
