PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose and scope of this procedure is to define the technical data process and subsequent validation to support Transmission Procedures which manage the creation, storage and modification of National Grid UK Electricity Transmission Technical Data acquired through the UKBP/TP500 Network Development Process. It defines the process for creating and capturing changes to asset data and providing assurance of quality throughout the delivery of a project.

This procedure applies to all processes that create or modifies Technical Data which comprises of the following data & document types:

· Operation Diagrams, Site Technical Data Schedules.

· Circuit names, Numbering & Nomenclature of HV Plant.

· Asset Data Templates (ADT) & Technical Data Workbooks (TDW).

· Geospatial Data

· Site Responsibility Schedules (SRS).

· Asset Disposal Report

· Tower Painting Schedule

· Fixed Asset Commissioning Certificate (FACC), Fixed Asset Disposal Certificate (FADC) & Fixed Asset Transfer Certificate (FATC) Data.

· SF6 Gas Inventory

· Cyber Asset Rediscovery
