This instruction applies to all persons engaged in the maintenance of LCD, LED and TFT displays used by Network Rail and/or the SFO.
Purpose
This instruction defines the requirements for an inspection regime by the telecoms maintainers of LCD, LED and TFT displays used by Network Rail and/or the SFO.
The purpose of maintaining LCD, LED and TFT displays is to decrease the incidence of failure through deterioration and to identify potential defects before they become service effecting.
