The requirements of this procedure apply to any individual operating signalling equipment for whom signalling is a core duty, it also applies to those involved in the management of these individuals.
This procedure should be read in conjunction with:
a) NR/L3/OPS/045/2.01 which outlines the requirements for assessor competence and the verification process;

PURPOSE
This procedure details the competency framework and associated processes to train, assess, develop and continually confirm the competence of those required to operate signalling framework.
