The Procedure applies to all forms of off track inspections and surveys, by maintenance teams at Area and Delivery Unit levels. These include but are not limited to:

• Access points and walkways

• Drainage

• Fencing and boundaries

• Litter, fly tipping, pests and graffiti

• Signs

• Vegetation

Purpose

This Procedure defines the standard process, roles and responsibilities for off track inspections and surveys on the network in accordance with:
