Purpose

This specification sets out the minimum requirements for the assessment of people who undertake Fixed Plant engineering work on Network Rail controlled infrastructure. It defines processes that shall be implemented and the standards that shall be achieved to ensure that people who undertake Fixed Plant engineering tasks are competent to perform the work.
