The scope of this Procedure applies to all RTIA contracts on the Railtrack Infrastructure on all Railtrack Zones.

Purpose

The purpose of this Procedure is to define the responsibilities and the process for the Management and Monitoring of Contractors Stewardship and Progress Reports to ensure that actions arising are progressed to a satisfactory conclusion for compliance with the Conditions of Contract.

This Procedure amplifies the requirements shown in the IDEF Element Process Map Box No. 5.2.2 "Measure Contractors Compliance".
