Issue 3 of TI071 shall be applied to all HPSSs that have been installed across the network.

Purpose

This Technical Instruction is being issued to include Tests 004 & 008 which were incorrectly omitted from issue 2 of this TI. To avoid confusion, the whole SMS has been re-issued and supersedes issue 03 in the December 2007 SMS pack and both previous issues of this TI. The information in this TI either supersedes or incorporates information previously issued in TI 030, therefore TI 030 is withdrawn on publication of this TI.
