This slide presentation outlines how an advanced geographic information system (GIS)/computerized maintenance management
system (CMMS) integration provides a utility with an effective mobile customer response management tool. The presentation outlines key capabilities of both the GIS and CMMS systems involved in the project, and addresses how to integrate the two systems to get the most out of them. Spatial extensions. A case study is outlined of the integration approach used by the Honolulu Board of Water Supply (HBWS), and the presentation outlines in detail how the integration of
