The estimated total quantity of Pandrol FC1504 type clips confirmed by supplier that are out of specification is circa 300. Cat number of the affected clips are 0057/048048.

Purpose

To inform Network Rail staff that;

1. Several newly installed Fastclips have broken on two recent track renewals sites;

2. The supplier Pandrol have identified a batch that are out of specification;

3. The supply chain cannot guarantee this batch of Fastclips have been delivered to only these two renewal sites and thus could have made their way to Delivery Unit stores.
