In early 2020, a quick service restaurant was opened near Orlando, Florida with the goal of achieving net zero certification. This seminar describes the ventilation systems - which included natural ventilation - that were incorporated to help achieve this certification. Additionally, the commissioning authority will describe the efforts that went into commissioning these systems, including the challenges that were encountered and the solutions that were implemented. Additionally, the energy saving results that were ultimately obtained are presented.
