Understanding climate science fundamentals is becoming increasingly important. The talks in this 3rd part of a series extends the second seminar topics by continuing history in climate science developments for the last 20 years, as it has become increasingly clear that anthropogenic climate change is happening quickly. This is followed by a talk focused on basic understanding of climate models and CMIP6 (an ensemble of climate models). The 3rd talk discusses understanding the relationship between extreme weather and global warming. The seminar closes with a talk on how climate change impacts can be addressed.
