This Assessment Workbook is designed to evaluate the organisation or service outcomes against those required by NZS 8156:2002 Ambulance Sector Standards. To ensure consistent interpretation, the workbook identifies common sector solutions (systems, processes, methods etc) as examples for each criterion. An additional key component is the Risk Assessment Matrix, which is applied in situations of partial achievement or where the criterion is unattained.
